Yes I have it too. Mine appeared in my pre-teens. One summer I got really tan and then eventually my skinned pilled and I was left with these dark brown blotches on my right shoulder, collar bone , neck area. They are also kinda rough (bumpy like little goose bump). My dad thought it was some kind of a skin fungus but I have of course found out it is related to my PCOS. As far as the other parts of my body I have discoloration between my theighs (I though it was because I was hairy and fat and my legs rubbed together). Also slight discoloring in my arm pitts.
