Kind of a depressing topic, but I need some help. One of my friends the other day asked me why my face was hairy. I don't think she meant it in a bad way, but tears just welled up in my eyes and I cried the whole day afterwards. I had never had anyone ask me about it before and it made me realize how bad the situation actually was. I explained to her about PCOS and what it was.... Now I just don't know what to do. I have talked to my doctor about waxing, plucking, and lazer treatments, but none of them seems acceptable to her. I pluck daily but they grow back too fast. I have tried nair for the face, surgistop, and I am almost to the point of shaving which I know I shouldn't do. I am also on Spironolactone, but I don't see a difference. What has worked for you all?
