Just had to comment on this one. I'm in the same boat. I've seen 6 RE's and NOT ONE of them will prescribe ANYTHING unless I am ttc. Why is this?? So, after being off bcp for the past 7 months (without a period and now 30lbs lighter due to exercise & low-carbing) i am going back to bcp to regulate myself. Guess I just can't win! I think the only thing I was actually hoping for was to eliminate some of my symptoms by using something. But, no go, I'm not "a good candidate" unless I "want to become pg." Oh well....
