Hi Ziggy...

Personally, I eat no bread. Also, no potatos, pasta or anything of the such. I lost 24 lbs the first 2 1/2 months of low-carbing. At the time, I was also taking L-Carnitine, Chromium Pic, Inositol and Water Pills. Prior to having labs done, I went off all supplements and have not started up again due to the fact that my doc had me back in for more labs a few weeks ago. Anyway, I'm not losing as quickly as I was, but I have still managed to lose an additional 10 lbs in the past 3 months. When I was losing in the beginning, I tried to keep my carb intake between 20-30g a day...really not much at all. I also ate 3x a day and that was it...making sure each meal was consumed within an hour. Seemed to work very, very well for me. I also slept much better and found many other areas of my health improved. I also drank in excess of 150oz of water daily. Made me feel very good but pee alot! Good luck to you. Also, check out Wasa Bread....quite low in carbs and a pretty good substitute for that occasional "sandwich." :-) alexis
