You can buy Ketostix (or other methods of testing ketone levels) at many pharmacies. I buy my Ketostix at Wal-Mart..about $12 for 50 test strips. I find that if you test at the same time(s) each day you will be able to find out when your experiencing the max level of ketosis. For me...it's a real pick-me-upper...nothing like seeing that stick turn purple! Good Luck! alexis
