Sometimes you may nedd to either or both of these things to help combat the nausea. I have lost about 14 pounds so far. It seems that the longer I do this, the worse I feel. I haven't had any of the diarrhea or bowel problems that a lot of people have. I just feel extremely nauseous. I've been having to force myself to eat. My question is the diet making me feel like this, or is it the meds??
