I was a nervous wreck after reading all of the horror stories from people taking it, but I wanted to let anyone know that has not started it yet that I have not had anyy negative effect. I took my first dose at 5:00 tonight, right in the middle of my dinner. Ate a little something at 9:30 or so again, and still feel good. I am curious if maybe it does not hit until later or something, because I am feeling no pain.
