Hi, again, Steph-
Bringing your own snacks sounds like a great plan. I love muching on
almonds, unsalted peanuts, cottage cheese (they now sell those single
serving containers), sliced cheese with 7 Tricuit crackes (high fiber,
only about 18 carbs for all 7 after you subtract the 4 grams of fiber!).
These are surprisingly satisfying and stick with you. Don't forget your
water, too! But I supose you can't be jumping up to go to the bathroom
all day! I'm rooting for you, Steph!! :)Monica
