Hi Stephanie,

I couldn't help myself by butting in here. You mentioned the "pig" word. Remeber what they always say, "if you want to fatten up a pig - feed it grains." (LOL!) You are NOT eating like a pig. You are eating the way our bodies were meant to be fuelled. (if you're feeling hungry, try adding a bit more fat, preferrably the good, monounsaturated kind like olive oil, to your meals. It's said to trigger something in your brain that gives you the full feeling.) You should hold your head high! Good for you for taking care of yourself! And to heck with anyone who makes you feel otherwise. Hang in there! :)Monica
