Is there no help for non-pregnancy issues, people!?!?

Ok, first I am sending this as anonymous because I do not want to receive 6000 personal emails about this, and second because I do not want it to effect any other questions I may have or post here. But frankly I may not be posting anymore anyway. I have to say that I am getting a bit tired of the way the group here works. If someone posts the life story about miscarriage and pregnancy they get 150 responses. If someone has a question about PCOS, thats it, PCOS, meds for PCOS, or reactions from them on PCOS, pain from PCOS, they get hardly anything. I am not trying to be mean, but is there not another site for miscarriage information and pregnancy information. That is all I read about anymore. It is getting a bit ridiculous. And no offense to someone specific, but frankly I am sick of hearing about her woes. I mean I am really sorry, I think I and many others have said that about 6 billion times, but when I post a question it is just trampled by all of your posts about pregnancy this, or miscarriage that. Once again I am not trying to be mean, but I am starting to feel like this page is for certain peoples use and anyone not in that group gets put to the side. And the multiple postings to single individuals, GOOD LORD PLEASE. If you want to answer people to thank them do it all at once not each person, I mean that just buries everyone else's questions. PCOS is ALOT more than infertility gals, and some of us are suffering with ALOT more than infertility and would like to be able to discuss those issues as well. If you have deep indepth questions about infertility I do believe there is a infertility site, please let us PCOS posters have some breathing room.
