Hi Susan,
After reading some of the low-carb books (Carb Addicts, Sugarbusters, Zone, Atkins) I personally am doing the ZONE and loving it! The weight seems to just melt off with very little effort or feeling like I'm on yet another diet. I find I can truely live this way and NOT feel deprived. I'm down 16 pounds since the end of July. (about 50 more to go) Good luck in your search. You may want to check out the archives; search under the names of those diets or low carb, etc. I know this topic has been talked about extensively in the past. :)Monica
