Unfortuantely there is no such thing as ovarian-based or adrenal-based PCOS.
It is cause by problems with insulin sensitivity. The abnormal insulin acts
in a cycle causing both the adrenal glands and the ovaries to misbehave.
This is the reason that removing the adrenals or ovaries wouldn't "cure"
PCOS> The only thing to control your PCOS is getting your insulin under
