I have had chronic yeast infection for over 10 years. I have tried
EVERYTHING, and nothing seemed to keep me from getting them. I started
Met 3 months ago and I have not had a yeast infection since, before Met
I had at least 1 infection a month. Met has been wonderful. My RE said
that yeast infections were one of the symptoms of IR. Also, I could not
take BCP because they caused me to have yeast infections. If your
friend is on BCP, this could be causing a problem for her. My RE
confirmed that BCP do cause some women to have chronic yeast infections.
