I have had 3 periods in the past month the last one was really light, I posted before about having heartburn, well I had bad heartburn with my 2nd daughter, so the 25th of this month i started spotting barely, than the next day i started bleeding pretty bad and having lil blood clots, than nothing until last night I had bad cramps in my uterus and back, when they stopped i got up and went to the bathroom, there was a clot alot bigger than the ones the other day, im not bleeding to bad today just like spotting and now no heart burn for bout three days and i had it badly everyday, so I don't know coudl I have had a miscarriage?
