adrenals and PCOS

I have been reading this forum for about 2 months and I have read and appreciated the information I have gotten here. I have been really sick over the past couple of years and was glad to finally get diagnosed with something. I had argued with one doctor that I felt that all of this was adrenal or pituitary or thyroid problems, of course I have been to see at least 5 doctors to finally get diagnosed. I am now being seen at Duke Mebolic and Bone disordera in Durham, NC. I am not feeling 70% better than I did 2 years ago. I do have a long way to go. I am currently working on my weight, watching foods I eat, doing water aerobics or swimming is the best exercise I have found to do for me. I have really great results with this.

If anyone else has PCOS with adrenal problems I would like some or any information you have on the effects of the adrenal glands with PCOS, I think in a earlier post that I had read that sometimes bad adrenals lead to PCOS. I go every 6 months to my endo and they check my hormone levels, GTT, weight and blood pressure. I know how frustrating it is to find the right doctor, so hang in there and just try to watch what you eat and do some kind of exercise at least 3 days a week.

That is the best thing to do for what we have.

Take care and God Bless All of You!!!!
