I'm 25 and have PCOS due to a lack of progesterone. I was told my
insulin levels were not the problem. In fact, they were 8.1 mcU/mL.
Anyway, my gyn gave me Ortho-cept to regulate my cycles and help prevent
more cysts from forming. Is Does anyone have a similar diagnosis or
lack of progesterone as their diagnosis with PCOS? And, does anyone have
any advice for alternatives to birth control pills? Thanks.
