I stopped taking bcp in March and began low-carbing around the same time... have not had a period since. However, twice I have experienced this horrible pain...strange as it may seem..it's my damn nipples!! They hurt so bad and are sooo tender...I can't even sleep on my stomach & it even hurts to wear my bra! Also, (and not meaning to get graphic) they are "hard" constantly for about 4-5 days each time! Why is this? Anyone ever experience this pain???
