Hi ladies, I recommend a great book I just read, called Syndrome X; by Challenm, Berson, and Smith. It deals with insulin resistance, obesity, and many other symptoms that we suffer. It offers nutritional and dietary supplement solutions. I have been following their advice and it seems to help; they are definitely in favor of a low-carb diet. Check it out.
