Re: Excessive Sleeping....any cure?

I was diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago. I was also very sleepy, having to leave work at 3pm to go to bed! I was then diagnosed with hypothyroidism and started treatment hoping that the tiredness would go - it didn't! So eventually I decided to take things into my own hands to discover why I was so tired. Losing weight was never an option as I wasn't overweight, so the first thing I tried was changing my contraceptive pill (which I was prescribed to help with my PCOS), that didn't work, so I tried coming off the pill - I'd hit the target! I've been off the pill for 4 months and I feel so much better! I have a life once again! I hope this message is of help to other sufferers out there.
