Hi Neen-

I agree with what others have responded - I used to sleep like ALL day long. There were days where quite seriously, getting out of bed and showering was enough to wipe me for the rest of the day. I would sleep like 21 hours of it. I felt awful, like I was just being lazy and not trying hard enough to DO something!! Then I started looking at real medical causes of it. Once I started low carbing, and avoiding the sugar crashes, my energy level went WAY up. I never realized that so much of what I was feeling was sugar blahs. I felt SO MUCH better after just avoiding refined sugar. Also, I recently got my thyroid tested - and found I was very severely hypothyroid. I have had my thyroid tested in the past with no problems, this was something that had come on with a severe illness during the past year. Now that I am on meds for that, I feel FABULOUS. I have a life again! I am fully myself, and fully awake! Currently I'm working a 60 hour week, and it's NO PROBLEM. Big difference! Anyway this is long, sorry, I just think these are two things for you to check out!!

good luck - Sonnet
