I do not know about anyone else, but I used to sleep a whooolllle lot. But since I found out about PCOS I have been a lot more careful. When I eat I always drink at least 16 oz of water with the food. I am careful about not eating carbs at lunch, then I can not make it thru the day. You need to eat food that empowers you, but does not have high carb rates. At least it has helped me, I still get really tired by the end of the day, usually get home from work and sleep. The schedule we have at work you have to work 9 hour shifts, 9.5 if you take lunch, then you are off every other friday. Anyway, I have found that I can make it thru the day better if I am careful how and what I eat. Coffee is worse, too much caffeine, no sodas, not even diet. I do drink Diet cherry 7 up at night as a treat, it has no caffeine, but does have sweetners in it :( oh well... hope this helps a little
