It looked to me like you didn't take in enough calories over all in the day. My nutritionist is having me eat a snack (1 pro, 1 carb serving) in the afternoon before dinner and one after dinner. This has helped tremendously! Make sure you are taking in at the very least 1200 calories a day. Anything less than that and your body will begin to burn muscle and hang onto the fat. It's a scientific fact, as weird as it sounds. I hate this low carb eating. I really do. I had been eating the opposite, high carb and low protein. I just can't shove down all that protein so I get a lot of my protein in powdered soy drinks (which I love). What a whiner I am! "I hate this low carb stuff, nya, nya" Ha, ha. I keep telling myself, there are plenty of people who would just like to have one meal a day and I'm crying about what I HAVE to eat! Oh well, we're all in this together, right? Good luck!
