I agree that everyone is different. However, once you begin strict low-carbing, many people find that once they begin to reintroduce carbs back into their diets, these carbs make them tired. I am one of these people and perhaps this is why I am taking in carbs in the evening rather than morning or afternoon. I consume mostly protein for breakfast and lunch. These proteins are what keeps me going throughout the day. Without them and if I was eating carbs early in the day...I would never make it out the front door! I believe that CAD had also suggested saving your "high carb" (reward) meal for dinner as well; although it's been quite awhile since I have read it. Also, for those of us who are having major insulin problems, insulin is much more successfull in doing what it does when we have consumed fats/proteins compared to consuming carbs/sugars. Alexis
