This is what i know...

Your body first burns off alcohol, then carbs/sugar, then fat. If you eat all of your carbs at night then your body doesn't have time to burn them off while you sleep. It is best to have more carbs for breakfast or lunch than dinner. If I eat carbs before dinner, especially alot I can't sleep because my body is trying too hard to burn it off and my heart will race and I feel agitated.

If I have carbs in the morning my body has the same reaction but I have a whole day to exercise and burn off the carbs.

I have to limit my carbs to 20-30 grams a day or I won't lose any weight.

But as you all have seen everyone is very different and everyone has different reactions to the same things.
