>typical low carb day and why I am starving?????............................................................................................................Your still craving the sweet stuff because you have to cut out the bad carbs Ditch the bread the cereal and the diet soda .. add maybe cottage cheese as a snack or some raw vegtables to chomp on the fiber will fill you up more . and make sure the oatmeal is the long cooking type and not the micro-wave flavored stuff its loaded with sugar. and artifical sweetners like in the diet soda will act just like sugar to your body. Try to really research low-carbing and I bet you will find that when you eliminate the bad carbs and the sugars you'll reduce your cravings ten fold. Fill up on the good carbs and you wont be hungry.. Eat small amts often. And this may sound harsh but if your not ready to give up the sweet stuff just yet then your not ready to get better. This has to become a way of life every day or you pay the price. You'll find the longer you stick to it the easier it gets . Once you get used to feeling better , when you do cheat you feel so lousy again that it just isn't worth it to cheat any more. It becomes second nature to you and then you know that your doing the low carb thing correctly. Good luck I'm rooting for you!
