Hey Val,

I am one who has made low-carb a lifestyle. Decided to change my life at the end of March. Although, there have been a few times when I have cheated....I get right back to it the next day. The first changes I noticed were: an incredible amount of increased energy(enough to make me want to excercise!!), much less fatigue, lessened hair growth and almost no cravings for things I once craved so much. I have also lost close to 30 lbs...which I am very, very happy about...even though I have a LONG way to go. Good Luck to you!!! :-) Alexis
