I'm not sure how to explain it to others, but I have experienced the same thing -- even in the daytime. If someone at work asks if I'm okay, I say,'Yeah, it's a hormonal thing!' and let it go at that. It doesn't happen as often to me since I've been able to get some control over my PCOS symptoms, but I can't pinpoint any one thing that has helped. GOod Luck!
