There are some nice charts at http://www.fertilityplus.org in the section "Hormone Levels and Fertility Blood Work. It gives you normal ranges for IGTT, glucose and insulin levels. It states about an IGTT at the 2 hour mark, "A truly normal glucose response is 110 or lower. Insulin > 60 is IR."

If that's the case, clearly 175 is high.
