I looked at this site and their glossary of terms does not even include the words Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. They also don't mention any of the medications for insulin resistance. They just sound like a typical fertility clinic selling the most expensive procedures for a one-time shot at pregnancy, not long term management of PCOS.
