I had to do a fasting blood test to get my insulin level. Your blood sugar I think is different. I am not sure what a laparoscopy is? Is this when they check to see if your tubes our blocked? If so, it is very painful. I had it done, never again.

It's great that you are atleast ovulating, I just finished acycle of clomid and MET and I got follicles, but not big enough. Next month we are going to the injections to try to get some good size follicles. I wish you the best with your trys. Keep in touch and let me knwo what happens.
