I have tried everything over the counter...nothing worked. Finally, a dermatologist recommended Cetaphil. You know what? When I use it regularly, morning and night, it keeps my skin clear. I have gotten a bit lazy with it and have some breakouts, so I don't know if it quit working or because of my laziness. I like it because you smear a small amount all over your face and then just wipe it off. No water. It is very mild, but it takes off anything! dirt...makeup...whatever. Thought I would give my 2 cents. Haven't heard anyone mention Cetaphil. :o) Shelly N.
