I'm not a vegetarian or anything and I am low carbing, but I couldn't get myself to eat a Pork Rind. I took one bite and it seemed to me like I was eating fried pork skin (which is what it is). I like to eat nuts or cheese. They are just as high in fat and calories but they don't taste as bad.

Glad that you like them. I also see that pork rinds can come in different flavors. I don't like them at all but you should try some different flavors, it might make it more fun.
