I read the other post re:burning and that was certainly good advice. You can have a urinary tract infection with just burning (my usual variety) and should probably see your dr. Burning can also come from your system being too alkaline. When you are, crystals form in the urine and then cause irritation. Just taking vitamin c helps because of the acidity. For general uti's, try to drink cranberry juice or eat blueberries every day. They contain a substance that prevents bacteria from adhering to the bladder walls. And it never hurts to drink a lot of water to flush your system out.
