Thanks for the words of encouragement. I haven't lost hope yet, but
part of me wants to rush myself up to the full dose just to be done with
it- bring on the worst of it all at once so I don't have to torture
myself everytime I kick it up a notch. Of course, the doc knows best.
Only thing that truly concerns me is that my insulin level was only 18.
My fasting glucose was only slightly high at 113. Yet I'm working up to
2,000mg! Most I hear on this site are on 1,500mg or less with higher
test numbers. I wonder if I feel so sick because of a low blood sugar
level. The only thing I want to eat and the only thing that makes the
queaziness go away is bready-things.
I know that's a question for the doc, but I figure I'm just being a
hypochondriac. I was told time and again that met causes stomach
disturbances and I should just deal.
I guess time will tell.
