Hi Patti-

I have been implementing a Healthy Way of life slowly since July 1999. I began exercising for 15 min 3x a week. Gradually built up the type of exercise. I alternated between the treadmill and the bike. If you do not have access to equipment, I would suggest walking as the best place to start. I am now up to approx 45 min every day of moderate to intense excersise. Just take it slow though, there are days when our bodies just simply say no way! (for me today is one of them). It really comes down to what you want and need. I have lost 80 pounds since July 1999 and am keeping it off.Just learn to listen to your body, that is my advice=) GOOD LUCK!
