I'm taking 200mg 2x at night before I go to bed for 10 days. I'm on day 8 of taking them. I just wasn't for sure when I was supposed to start. You would think as long as it's been since my last a/f that I would have plenty built up. They do look like candy.Thanks for the info! Kristen
