I was wondering if this is normal. My breasts are covered in tiny little pimples that can be squeezed like white heads. I have had them as long as I can remember. When I was diagnosed with PCOS, about six years ago, my endo squeezed some discharge out of my nipples and said that was one of the signs of PCOS. I don't know if the little pimples are related to PCOS. I am interested to know if other people have this. I have never discussed this with anyone before but I am really curious.
