Hi, there! I hope you had a great weekend! It sounds like you are going to try the Zone. Let us know how it works. When I go for my appointment, the doc said he will have me meet with a dietitian. I plan to do what I'm told, but there's something inside that is always keeping the options open for a new plan. I got sick on Adkins. I so desperately want to be healthy again, that I believe anyone who makes something sound good. Then, I blame myself when it doesn't work. I'm not going to trust what I read anymore, only what others tell me works for women with PCOS, that way it takes my gullibility out of it.
