When I found out I was pregnant, i had to change my diet to stop loosing weight, and yes, then I did have cheescake:) But before that, I did not. I managed to find fruits, berries and occational homemeade cookies/ice cream that I could make an occational part of my diet, when coupled with other very good foods. Even then, the day having somthing like that I would not loose my usual 1/2lb, and sometimes gain a little instead, so I learned to do it very infrequently. It's not so bad when you get used to it, it just takes a little time to do so:) Anja
