Paula -- bravo on your resolve! I'd just say, beware the buttload of tuna because it also carries a lot of mercury. You probalby shouldn't eat more than a tin of the stuff a week. Turn to tinned salmon, sardines, mackerel (which is very cheap, tasty -- in my opinion -- and healthful) in addition. cheers -- Alina
