A quick introductionFrom: Tisha (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 5 Aug 2000 19:24:26 -0500 (CDT)
Hello everyone, I posted a little while ago about how to let a doctor know of my suspicions. Thank you to all those who responded. What I am doing now, is writing out what I have discovered my very well be "symptoms" in a journal as soon as I find them. For instance, if I see the hair on my chin and neck has come back, before I pluck the heck out of them, I write down where the hair is located and the date. That way, I can pluck and not worry about remembering everything about it. I have also bought a calorie and carb counter and am happy to say that I am starting a lifestyle change. This will make me healthier, even if I don't get the PCOS diagnosis. However, I do have a question (again :) !!! ) How many of you suffer from heat rashes in the groinal area, half way through your cycle? My cycles last for 38 days, and about halfway through it, I get these painful awful heat rashes along my pubic hair line, and between my legs. How does one combat this? I would appreciate any helf and I thank you in advance. Now that I have found a forum, and hopefully a mode of support, I will be here more often. Thanks again,
-- Tisha
