My experience: I was 19 y.o. and sexually inactive when I started taking Accutane. During the treatment my skin cleared, but after I stopped taking it, I got the worst acne ever! I mean, I'd had pimples before, but after, everybody I knew kept asking me what happened to my face! On the other hand, I have a friend who was satisfied with the results, so it depends on your body response to the medicine
