I called both my doctor and my pharmacist and was assured that I could take these 2 drugs together. When I questioned the warnings that I have seen concerning using these two drugs (tagamet and glucophage) together I was told that the most it would do it decrease the efficiency of both drugs by about 5%. Can you please tell me what your symptoms were when you got sick from taking these together so I can watch out for it? Thanks.
