New to this and didnt see any links for treatment in South Carolina

Hi, I just now found out about PCOS and have some of the symptoms, but there are no treatment operations or are not linked through pages that I have seen. Im extremely worried about this, and am "younger" and would like to see if i can be diagnosed in order to get treatment before any extreme circumstances become present.

Any information anyone could give for treatment in SC or in southern NC or northern GA would be extremely helpful. I'm really scared and I don't know what to do. Thank you.
