Tash, I'm not sure how low -carb your diet is. i try to eat lower on the glycemic index so I can't tell you carb grams or anything. I have found a very dense bread made of rye flour with flax seeds at a local health food store. Sometimes I have that for breakfast with peanut butter so I can get some protien. Going without any bread would really be a challenge for me. Good luck. Joan
