I just found out that I have PCOS, but I've been on Depo for four years now. I wasn't menstating before, and I'm certainly not now. I took my last shot *ever* earlier this month. Depo has worked fine for me... who can compalin about never mentsrating? It's great! *BUT* If I had know about PCOS sooner, I never would have taken depo. (I'm paranoid about not being able to concieve later in life). Also because of the depo, I'm not ovulating at all, so my doctor is not able to make a 100% determination of PCOS (although I'm pretty convinced!).
