During the week - I take breakfast to work, so it is tough. I usually cut up a bunch of veggies (celery, califlower, cucumbers, brocolli, etc..), and get some low carb dip or cream cheese. I do boiled eggs, slices of ham or turkey, olives and slices of cheese. It is kinda like a relish try for breakfast!! Sometimes I slice up strawberries and put some 1\2 and 1\2 over them with stevia. I may snack on some peanuts or beef jerkey. On weekends it is pretty much just the eggs and meat thing.
