I used to sell medical insurance and will tell you that the advice the other two ladies gave is sound. Many times the insurance company automatically assumes bcps are to prevent pregnancy alone. Have your doctor call or submit a claim form stating the medical reason for the bcps. And if you may need fertility treatment the future, don't make them angry.

If the doctor has no success, see if there is a health benefits administrator at your (or your husband's) work - whoever provides the medical insurance. They or the insurance agent they use may have some success. Good luck!
