Weight can cause other issues - but if you get your body working more normally - it shouldn't matter about weight. Good luck to you - the good news is you have TIME on your side - at 24 - you are not racing against the clock - a lot of women find out about PCOS after 10 or 15 years of infertility and they are already in their late 30s which means the age is starting to work against them.
