I am on Actos - its an insulin sensitizer similar to Rezulin but hopefully without the liver problems. It is working wonders for me. I know others have had good results on Metformin, Avandia, and Rezulin (now pulled from the US Market). They are all insulin sensitizers - Met works differently than the other 3 though.
